I ordered the kinky cape in size M/L. I have a 44" chest and the cape fits well -- it has a velcro strap and is designed to be open in front. The chains shown in the photo are not included. The material feels good and the cape has a nice weight to it. There are shoulder pads which are more showy than are indicated in the photos. Not sure if I like the shoulder pads or not. But still a 5-star garment for originality, quality, and fit.
